The Best Way I Can Meet This Moment.
In this moment of reckoning, renewal, and rising stakes, I’ve asked myself a simple but essential question: How do I meaningfully contribute to the world I long for, where humanity and life can flourish for generations to come?
The answer came powerfully and clearly:
✨ By helping people take radically good care of themselves.
Flourishing begins with where - and how - we place our care.
In a time of climate disruption, rising authoritarianism, and widening inequality, the question of hope feels urgent.
I do not coach from blind optimism. I coach from a grounded belief in our innate capacity to co-create a more humane and resilient world.
Coaching is one way we tend the soil.
It is a practice of care that helps people:
- Reconnect with their values
- Reclaim their agency
- Reawaken their capacity to feel, choose, and act with intention
so that their daily actions reflect their deepest commitments
It can interrupt cycles of burnout, disconnection, and overwhelm, patterns that keep us stuck in reactivity or depletion. It can create space for rest, creativity, and renewed purpose.
It can cultivate emotional intelligence, which supports collaboration, conflict navigation, and compassionate leadership.
It invites people to explore what it means to live in alignment with their values, their communities, and the living world.
This work honors the seasons of life: times of growth, grief, transition, and return. It welcomes those restoring themselves, supporting others, or rising to meet this moment with care for the world.
Whether someone is returning to themselves after a season of disconnection, moving through a life transition, reimagining their purpose, or seeking clarity in uncertain times, coaching can meet them there. It is relational, regenerative, and deeply human.
You do not have to have it all figured out.
You only have to take the first step and trust that the path will unfold.
This is why I coach.
If you are ready to explore that first step, I would be honored to walk alongside you.

"I started my growth journey with Heather a little over four years ago. It was at a point when I was “sick and tired of being sick and tired”! Heather’s ability to hold space for me, allowing me to be open and transparent, and allowing me to start what has been a long journey of deep self reflection work is excellent.
At the time, I didn’t know what I needed, but Heather is skilled at helping someone to identify the root cause versus treating the symptoms. I so enjoyed my talks with Heather as our discussions allowed me to begin seeing the light while in a dark place.
When my company changed providers and I couldn’t continue meeting with Heather, I felt like I’d lost a friend.
If you willing to start doing the deep work necessary to make changes in your life, I encourage you to reach out to Heather!"
